After the first season, Retsu and Go have now formed a team called "TRF Victorys" which Tokichi Mikuni, J, and Ryo Takaba are part of. Together, they aim for the World Cup. In this cup, teams from all over the globe enter. Some of the teams are, NA Astrorangers (Americans), Eisen Wolf (Germans), Rosso Estrada (Italians).

Atsumare! Gokū Wārudo tells a feature-length story involving time travel leading up to the group's first encounter with Cell (portrayed slightly differently than in the mainstream series). The plot of the animation seems as though it could be worked into the mainstream series, particularly in the ten days prior to the beginning of the Cell Games. However, in this special, Gohan as a kid actually meets Cell, instead of being a teenager after having trained with Goku in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber. Once the group encounters Perfect Cell at the end of the game, a heavy punch to the face by Goku is enough to cause Cell to flee and recover from the blow.

The movie will focus on Ai Haibara's past and will reconstruct the Mystery Train arc from the television anime, which shows Haibara and Conan meeting for the first time. The movie will also include scenes from the Kurogane no Submarine (Black Iron Submarine) movie.

But again, Shanks saves the day. He outstares the Sea Monster and chases it away but in exchange, he loses his left arm... When Shanks leaves the village, he leaves his straw hat with Luffy. “Come bring it back to me someday! Once you've become a great pirate!” 10 years later, Luffy has grown up strong and he sets out for an adventure on a small boat. He again encounters the local Sea Monster for that fateful day. However, Luffy takes it down with a single blow of Gum-Gum Pistol. Luffy’s journey to become the King of the Pirates now begins!
